Oculiv is a personal health data platform that allows you to upload, store, standardize, and track health information from lab reports and other sources. We use AI to extract and organize your health data, and provide tools to visualize trends and share information.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Oculiv. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
4. User Content & Data
You retain ownership of all health data and documents you upload to Oculiv. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Oculiv is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The information displayed on Oculiv is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you see on Oculiv.
While we strive for accuracy in data extraction and standardization, AI-processed data may contain errors. Always verify critical health information against your original lab reports.
7. Intellectual Property
The Oculiv platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Oculiv and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oculiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of Oculiv after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
